Refunds and Exchanges
If you need assistance with an order, please email [email protected] or call (682) 593-1525. Due to the customization of printed items ordered on this site, we do not accept returns, but can provide assistance to resolve issues. Refunds cannot be provided on orders once they have entered into the printing process. All items in the printing process will be completed and shipped to the customer, regardless of the perceived correctness of the content within.
Accepted Payment Types
We accept all major credit card types.
Sales tax will be added to any orders that are shipped to an address in the state of Texas or Florida.
We only ship within the contiguous United States. All orders are shipped via UPS using the UPS Ground Shipping method, and tracking numbers are provided once the order has completed. The only exception is our Name Tags which ship via USPS and no tracking numbers are provided for these items. We do not offer any expedited shipping methods.
All printing times are stated in business days, which do not include weekends. The printing turn time stated only begins once the order has been approved by the USHA compliance team. Moon Creative Media is not responsible for any delays in approval times, as that is the sole responsibility of the USHA compliance team.
All orders are at the approval discretion of USHEALTH GROUP as all printed items reflect their protected materials. Moon Creative Media is not responsible for any un-approved or declined orders. A refund will be provided in full for any orders not approved.
Moon Creative Media, in an effort to respect the privacy of all customers, does not sell or share any information provided on our site to any outside entities. Only those entities that are part of our order fulfillment process have access to name and shipping information.
